A visit to the Friuli Venezia Giulia (FVG) countryside is a chance to experience a mostly undiscovered corner of Northern Italy. This large agricultural haven spreads across the plains reaching the foot of the Dolomite Mountains. The soil delivers a unique table of local products such as Montasio cheese which pairs beautifully with the wine from the Prosecco vintages grown in this region.
