*between the 1st & second part there is about a 2 hour break — This is the online version. These classes are also offered in person and would just be one class.
These classes involve a period of time where one part of the recipe either needs to sit for
a few hours or cook for a few hours before completion of the entire recipe. We will begin
the class, start the first part of the recipe, sign off of the class, and then come back
together at the agreed upon time to complete the dish/class.
